Something I really love to do to relax is take my MP4 player along with me to the lake and listen to the harp music I have loaded on it. It calms me down in no time flat and given today's hectic pace of life, I rely on those quick trips to the lake at least once a week for my mental health. Could I do it without my MP4 player? Probably, but having that soothing, beautiful... 
Both of my eldest step-grandchildren have an MP4 player and every adult living in my house is glad that they do. MP4 players give children something with which to occupy their time and this stops them complaining about feeling bored. It also means that parent’s do not have to tolerate their child’s taste in music. My step-granddaughter likes to listen to The Jonas...
